How to buy from us
Located in The Netherlands, also International customers are welcome to contact us. We are specialized in offering the best HEADPHONE products in different price ranges. If you decide to buy at us, these are our procedures:
1) We will send you an invoice with order information and payment details.
2) After you've received this invoice, you can make the wire transfer or Paypal payment to complete your part of the agreement.
3) We will confirm by email when payment is arrived.
4) We order your products (if not on stock) and confirm by email when it's shipped.
5) Once shipped, we will provide you the tracking number by email.
Payment and shipping
International buyers (Non-EU) are responsible themselves for any import duties, taxes or customs requirements for importing products - in case of doubt, please contact your local customs office.
All orders are shipped registered by TNT-post, complete with insurance, so there's no risk for both parties.
